Previous owner bought in 1970 and had a frame off restoration over a span of 35 years, leaving it nearly complete upon his death in 2013. This car was literally only driven once around the block in the past 50 years. Original Cadillac "Build Sheet" available shows this car came equipped with options of the Adjustable Steering Column, 5 Wire Wheels and the Goddess Radiator Ornament.
