Guest Eduardo
Please I´d like to identify the most of these cars in the attached picture . This is in the central square in Lima Peru in 1922. Thanks a lot. Here you can find lots of old cars : http://fernandocorreapereira.blogspot.cl/ Edited April 24, 2016 by Eduardo add info (see edit history)
keiser31
The first one on the left looks like a Hudson. The one on the right looks to be a Model T Ford. Edited April 23, 2016 by keiser31 (see edit history)
nzcarnerd
On the left I think the fourth car back is also a Hudson. Second back might be a Pilot, a make that sold quite well in South America according to the article in The Standard Catalog. Going by the size the third car is probably another Ford T. I guess they are cabs?
Guest Eduardo
Yes I think that all of them are taxis , you can see chauffers inside or arround cars ; in the blog is a lot of old cars http://fernandocorreapereira.blogspot.cl/
nzcarnerd
Hi Eduardo, I think foto 188 is a REO from around 1918. Note how the top of the radiator points forward. Compare with this one - http://www.conceptcarz.com/vehicle/z17517/REO-Type-T.aspx
nzcarnerd
Hi Eduardo, I think foto 87 is a 1915 Hudson. Maybe post the photo in another thread on these pages for another opinion. I notice lots of hotrodded Ford Ts! Note that foto 70 looks to be printed back to front as the word Indian is reversed. Foto 54 is interesting as I have a similar photo somewhere of taken around the same year of members of my own family playing tennis, wearing very similar clothes and with netting around the grass court. The 1914 motorcycle pictures I am still thinking about. The v twin engine looks like a Royal Enfield (foto 30) but I am not sure. The one thought to be maybe Triumph (foto29) I think is not. The engine looks to be a small v twin with horizontal finning. Edited April 24, 2016 by nzcarnerd (see edit history)
