Most likely a 361 or 383 being a two barrel.

I cant see but there will be a pad on the drivers side in front. I suspect that it will be at the angle of the deck in front of the head. That would make it a low deck.(350, 362, 383) (350 was one year only if I recall correctly)

The high deck has the pad horizontal in front of the valley cover. (413, 426, 440)

There also will be castings on the sides of the block that indicate size and year.

Pretty early with the draft tube if that's what it is.

This engine is Chrysler Turquoise and has a road draft tube.  This was used on Chrysler product 361 and 383 engines beginning in 1962.  In 1964, the industry converted to PCV systems rather than the road draft system.  This engine appears to be a 1962 or 1963 361 or 383 engine.

Now I need to take a picture of the number near the water pump..

Or look at the numbers on the fuel pump or  distributor..

I know what a 383 is... What is the back ground on a 361??

Rare , not a great air compressor??? etc
