I, too, am knee-deep in rebuilding the brakes on my 46!  I found matching wheel seals and bearings on RockAuto.com that were reasonably priced.  However, the only issue I had is the replacement seals didn't seem to be "lip-style", which was original equipment in mine.  Therefore, I paid extra and got the "lip-style" front seals from BobsAutomobilia.com.

 

Post Script:  Whoops, I didn't check before replying - looks like those bearings for '42 are currently out of stock on RockAuto.com :(

Going by the bearing number, top quality bearings SHOULD be available at any GOOD bearing supply house. Down here I use :
