1942 model 46S

I am rebuilding the brakes on my 42 and think I should replace the front wheel bearings and seals. Any thoughts on a source?

I, too, am knee-deep in rebuilding the brakes on my 46!  I found matching wheel seals and bearings on RockAuto.com that were reasonably priced.  However, the only issue I had is the replacement seals didn't seem to be "lip-style", which was original equipment in mine.  Therefore, I paid extra and got the "lip-style" front seals from BobsAutomobilia.com.

 

Post Script:  Whoops, I didn't check before replying - looks like those bearings for '42 are currently out of stock on RockAuto.com

Going by the bearing number, top quality bearings SHOULD be available at any GOOD bearing supply house. Down here I use :
