g-g-g0
I am rebuilding the brakes on my 42 and think I should replace the front wheel bearings and seals. Any thoughts on a source? Thanks, Gary
Kaftan
I, too, am knee-deep in rebuilding the brakes on my 46! I found matching wheel seals and bearings on RockAuto.com that were reasonably priced. However, the only issue I had is the replacement seals didn't seem to be "lip-style", which was original equipment in mine. Therefore, I paid extra and got the "lip-style" front seals from BobsAutomobilia.com. Post Script: Whoops, I didn't check before replying - looks like those bearings for '42 are currently out of stock on RockAuto.com

Down here I use : Dixie Bearings inc - Just google Dixie Bearings - they have locations all ove or http://www.applied.com/
ILIKECARS53
Try George Bachleda at 910 693 3324. Excellent reputation in the old car hobby, I know a few high end restoration shops that use him.
