Favorite Pictures of My Buick Reatta

Recommended Posts

Couple of pic's of my recently acquired 1990 Blue one. Previous owner said he won several trophy's with it here in San Antonio as they are very rare down here.

Note the rear wing he added on trunk. Looks like it belongs there.

I don't know, I'll have to ask Wayne the guy who put this car together. It has a few non original features that the purist guys probably would not  like , but they are nicely done. He did 40 years working at a local dealer shop so he knows his stuff.

Steve T. I think you made a comment about using Bees wax. Where do you buy that?

I like the Blue color also. The paint is fairly new as previous owner had it painted in Dealers body shop he retired from .

Some really nice Reattas.............

Someone said they had not seen the grey interior before.....I think it shows differently with different exterior colors, about 80% had blue interior so a grey interior is not seen that ofter on blue cars.

Rick's Select Sixty has an add on pinstripe.......the one I owned was like that someone had had tape pinstripes added,  I spent hours removing them and polishing the area.

All 1990 Select Sixty convertibles came WITHOUT pinstirpes.

Great looking car! How did you come to get the car? Did you buy it from the original owner or an estate?

Here's a picture of mine on the first day I was able to drive it with the top down. There's a very similar picture of it, somewhere here, taken the day I brought it home for the first time on Jan 17 when there was lots of snow on the ground.

So, right now I'd say its' MY favorite picture of MY Reatta!

Nice to have warm sun and green grass, though that means I'll have to start cutting it!
