carlisle1926
I know this is late notice and not in the shows and meets section, but I'm hoping to get some folks with Packards an other full classic cars to attend a car show being held this Saturday, March 5th, 2016, at Hooks Airport in Tomball, TX (Houston area). Yes, there will be the usual large number of hot rod cars, but I am trying to include as many restored antiques and classics as possible. We have people bringing out a chain drive American LaFrance fire truck and several early Stutz cars, but I want to see MORE vehicles of this nature. So, if you have any form of Packard, Auburn, Stutz, Pierce Arrow, or what ever you wish to bring out, PLEASE do so. Even Model T Fords will be welcomed. The name of the show is the Independents Run, and although the advertising for it is a little misleading, it is open to ALL pre-1972 vehicles. www.independentsrun.com is the website for more info.
