Guest
I have a customer in Austria who wants a speedometer for his 1916 Studebaker that he is restoring. I think it will be a Stewart Model 26 made for a dash mount rather than a firewall mount. The Model 26 will state it is a Model 26 on the face. Also used in 1916 on many cars was the Model 102 which has no model designation on the face and has the speed cup which turns revealing the speed as numbers in a window whereas the Model 26 has a pointer that sweeps around the face pointing at numbers on the dial. Does anyone have a good picture of the 1916 dash and speedometer in an owners manual, or a parts book or can they send me a jpg of their dash so I can send this fellow the correct unit?
Thanks a bunch!
Phil Knighton
