lancemb
I just wanted to share pictures of my Wonderbar radio and speedometer that I just received back, and take a few minutes to offer a strong recommendation for Mr. Alan Kriss. It seems that so often the only time unsolicited feedback is left is when somebody is unhappy with something, so when I encounter exceptional work like Mr. Kriss provides, I am compelled to share it. This is the 3rd such radio that he has rebuilt for me, and the first speedometer. I want to point out that if you have a radio that works but has not been serviced, you may think it sounds fine, but if you get one back from Alan you will hear quality you have never heard from one of these radios - guaranteed. While you can't experience the functionality through the internet, I can at least share some pictures of what I got back. If you look closely at them, you'll find that the attention to detail is exceptional; he puts this level of detail in to all aspects. These look absolutely like brand new, and likely function better than new, based on some details that he's shared with me of how he goes through them. I've spent hours talking to this guy, and I doubt there is anyone else alive with greater knowledge of these items and such superb craftsmanship combined. He doesn't know I am writing this; I just want to share in case anybody is not familiar with his services. You can find his contact information is the Buick Bugle. Enjoy the pictures! Bhigdog
Alan is a perfectionist and it carries through to his work. Couple that with his willingness to spend phone time and freely share knowledge makes him a true stand out among vendors..........Bob
