fxrspjc
Hi Ed, Just wanted to take a minute to say thanks for all the information and time you extended to me. As you suggested I hooked up with James Kehr from what I call the Riviera Ranch (215-767-0845).. Seems like he grows them there. Anyway he hooked me up with one of his Universal Hot Water Control Valves. I had no problem adapting it to work on my 63 Riv. I bought a small 90 degree heater hose with a brass connector and a few hose clamps at the part store. I made the piece of linkage to connect the cable and heater control door to the heater control valve out of a piece of heavy duty coat hanger. It looks and works great each and every time I adjust it. best of all no more heat continuously blowing out on my feet. Thank You! I also rewired the headlight switch as instructed and now my parking lights stay on with my headlights on. Thank You! Ed I bought a set of the brass gears for the power vent windows from James. I may give that a shot the next time I'm in Florida with the car. I attached a couple of shots for your review and use. I'll keep in touch and let you know how the vent window door skin project goes as it goes. Have a Great Thanksgiving and all my best to you and your. Best Wishes, Joe
