Auburn hubcaps what to do????

The knock off nuts{ what you are calling hubcaps} are of value but so are all the other parts .  The wheel rims look like they are junk, however the wheel hubs are probably savable and the all important axle hubs {the part the nut screws in to} . Buy the whole thing ! Who knows even the axle might be savable depending on how messed up it became during the trailer conversion.  Auburn wire wheel parts are definitely of value. The nuts are probably worth less than the hubs. Be sure the wagon isn't built on an Auburn frame, if it is then the whole wagon is of value. Ask the farmer if any other parts are still on the farm, the rest of the car might still be there pushed in a gully decades ago.

Ebay or a advert here is your best bet.  Axle hubs generally about $150.00 each , wheel hubs $50.00- $100.00 each depending on how rusty, knock off nuts $50.00- $100.00 each ; yours are pretty beat up.  Should bring close to $1000.00 for the whole set. Might be more on ebay, just depends on who needs them, if two people are looking who knows.
