55 Mercury Transmission Dipstick Tube Bracket

Need help from someone who owns a '55 or '56 Mercury that can tell me where the bracket that secures the transmission dipstick tube to the engine bolts up. The bracket for my car is missing and if I knew where it was supposed to attach to the engine then I could fabricate one that should resemble the original. Thanks in advance.
