Timing Chain & Sprocket

Good Morning Folks,

I am in the process of rebuilding my Marmon "Big Eight" engine.

Most of the parts from the engine were in good condition.  I will need new pistons and will have to replace the timing chain & sprockets as there is considerable movement.  The chain will push in about one inch.

Have any of you, in the process of rebuilding your engine, found it necessary to replace the timing chain and sprockets?  I've been searching the web but haven't found any available on the market.  I would be willing to have one made but I don't have the specs.

I would love to hear your experience with replacement of your TC & Sprockets.
