old-tank
If your Roadmaster still has the original front hardware, you can get front shocks locally. See my website (http://www.buickrestorer.com )under low tech tips. The rear shocks should first be refilled and if functional but leaking at the shaft, that fix is also detailed on the website. If not functioning after refilling then they will need to be sent off for rebuild.
Paul Falabella
Rear shocks can be rebuilt at http://www.applehydraulics.com,a little pricey so check fluid level like Willy says first.
Guest gmeyer316
My rear shocks didn't work either, I filled them with hydraulic jack oil and have been working great since. Make sure you clean the area around the fill plug real good first.
60FlatTop
On those level rear shocks, I like to disconnect the link and use an oil squirt pistol to put hydraulic jack oil in as I work the level by hand. You can feel the air working out and the action get firm. If they leak a little you can wrap a cotton string around the shaft where it exists the body. Sometimes that will swell enough for a small drip.Bernie
JamesBulldogMiller55Buick
If I understand the question,I don't think the OP question has been answered. The rear lever action shock absorbers are shock absorbers

The rear lever action shock absorbers are shock absorbersAnd at least those rear shocks will not be available at the local parts store. Fronts maybe, refer to Old Tank's input. old-tank
So where is the OP... no update, acknowledgement or thank you. He did the same thing the last time he asked a question about his
60FlatTop
It's a post with the phase "my mechanic"; one of my favorite indicators of, at least, a smile. There should have been more posts. Bernie

Ttotired
And if he (the mechanic) is like most automotive tradespeople (including myself) he will be diplomatic and wait till you walk out, then throw it in the bin and fit whatever he had worked out can fit or can get from his regular supplier Mick
