Hershey parking

Does anyone know what the cost of parking will be at Hershey this year? How about the cost to park in Chocolate World parking lot?

Since it's been 4 days without any answer to your

question, I'll try.  Someone else may be able to say more.

 

Parking in the Chocolate World parking lot, I believe,

isn't for visitors.  Visitors (that means everyone who

doesn't have a vendor space, or who isn't showing an

antique car on Saturday, or who isn't a volunteer worker)

typically park in grassy fields across Hershey Park Drive,

and may walk 1/4 mile to 1/2 mile to get to the meet or show.

 

The cost of parking is determined by HERCO (Hershey

Entertainment and Resorts Company) and isn't cheap, but

it's not gougingly high either.  Admission to the show is free.

I have been attending Hershey since 2004 and always park on the black top at Chocolate World. The price has been $30 per day for many years. It's dry and it's convenient. No idea what the price will be this year but to me it is worth the extra expense.

Sorry, we have been a bit busy due to this little car meet coming up next week so we have had little time to be on the website!  Parking we have been told will be $15 per day on the fields.

We were thinking of the Chocolate World parking because of the walking back and forth to the car.

We all are getting older and slower.
