I have no idea what the car is but I don't think it is one of the bigger selling models of the era (eg Buick, Overland, EMF). The mix of electric head and gas sidelights I think makes it about 1913. Cadillac was all electric for 1912 and others caught up as they could, some still all gas in 1913. It is possible that the photo was taken at a later date and the head lights replaced.
