1936 Dodge - serial plate question

Hello everyone.  I have a question on the serial plate for my 1936 Dodge brothers truck.  The serial number is 8261168.  When I do a search to decode the serial number, it shows no LE 31 for that serial number.  Could the decoder I used perhaps be wrong or do I have a mixed ID plate?

Also I assume the vin is the plate below the ID plate.  It reads H-22-LR-40334.  I'm not sure if the dashes are in the same place since I haven't had a chance to clean it up yet.

Thank you hwellens!  Looks like everything is correct then.  Anyone know what that number underneath the ID plate is?  For these old dodges, do you use the body serial number on the plate or the number below the ID tag for title purposes?

The lower plate is usually the body number. It states the model type and then the body number. The serial number is The one most often used for title numbers but not always. Check your title , If you have one, to see which number matches. If you have no title, then use the serial number. I had 3 '36 cars and one was titled under the body number.
