I had to transfer a rather obliterated title for a Wisconsin '25 Model T I bought 3-4 years ago.The date and, most importantly, the owner's signature was so illegible there was no way to make it out.I scanned it at high resolution in an attempt to make it out to no avail but submitted the "bad" title, with fees of course, to our MVD and received a new title a month later.......WHEW.
