I have never found those.  Used ones may be the only way, but you will have to buy the whole dash or whole car.  If restoring the dash it should be removed and then you might figure out a way to attach...you will only have to do this once in your lifetime. :)

 

On a similar project I made some metal strips to fit in the groove of the molding, drilled holes to pass a wire in each, then after the wires were through the dash holes the wire was twisted around a small nail to retain.  Use your imagination!
