Alan Cutler
Ok Folks, So since the previous photo thread on the removal of the engine on the RC, http://forums.aaca.org/topic/256737-1938-rc-12t-engine-removal-project/ , was so popular, here is one on the removal of inside cabin items. Who knew Budd stamped the doors for Dodge? That was news to me.... Enjoy the truck candy! I certainly did removing it......!

jpage
The rubber door jamb bumpers are available new but the tapered retainer nuts are not but they are easily made. Those conical lock washers are called countersunk lockwashers and are readily available. The trim washers and screws are available from Restoration Specialties in PA. Alan Cutler
So I am probably re-hashing an old subject, so forgive me....I did do a search prior to posting and could not find anything. So what was the purpose of the small tag just above the VIN tag on the fire wall? I see some of the numbers match the build card....but not all. Any ideas???
