Jason, I did my rocker panels on my `41 several years ago. I bought the outside profile which had the correct curvature and I made my own inner pieces. There is a set of inner and outer pieces on ebay you might inquire about, can`t tell from the picture if they are curved or straight. Item #s 400929365121 and 400296223769 Tom

Hi Jason,

I know that this might be a long shot, but I thought that I would bring it up anyway. I have a couple of NOS rocker components in stock. They are known in the parts catalog as a "Body rocker panel extension". I have one for each side. They are listed in the Pontiac parts catalog as fitting all 1942 and 1946-48 Torpedo models with 6-cylinder engine. I don't know how close these might be in design to the 1940 models, as I do not have a lot of hands-on experience with these 1940's Pontiacs. If you would like more information, please email me at herbslegacy(AT)sbcglobal(DOT)net and I will be glad to provide it.

Thanks, Olmanwinter
