parrts
Rebuilt but never installed transmission for a 1940 Packard 160 limousine. Believe that it fits Senior Packards from 1939 - 1949. ? Friend sold car a few years ago and just rediscovered the transmission in the shop. Asking $750. Prefer pick-up in NW Indiana but might ship or deliver. JWLawrence
Hank, you may have a better audience on the Packard Club and Packard Info sites, and the Packard site here. Does it have overdrive? Might also help to say whether it does if you post more ads. Good luck. (o{}o)
parrts
Thanks for the advice. I'm selling this for a friend and I know little about it. Doubt if it's an O.D. I'm an AACA lifer but not into Packards. Just hoping that it finds a new home, i.e. it's still for sale.
West Peterson
You need to find out if it's got overdrive. It would sell quite quickly if it did.
