1-can't read the part # on the package it does say Mopar and RAD GRILLE BTM BAR

2- I searched the part # and found nothing..thinking it may be a nameplate for a hub cap or a steering wheel

3- for a ft or rear bumper

thanks

#3 looks to be 1954 Chevrolet grill teeth again.

hi doreen, photo #3 should be more grill bars for the 1954 chevy car grill, there were a total of five bars mounted on a cross bar, i do believe that there were different sizes used in different position on the cross bar. IMPORTANT NOTE, the 1953 to 1959 or 1960 corvettes also had grill bars, 13 bars were used in the grill of 1953-1955 corvette grills. do the bars have part numbers ? charles coker, 1953 pontiac tech advisor.

Actually, the bumper guards are different. Those all go in the grille.

Another door skin....all I know is it's a Chrysler from a tag that was on the packaging

BO4 and the #56 was hand written on a tag, not sure it that means anything. I tried looking up the part# and couldn't really find anything

the sad part is there is damage on top part of the skin

Here is a link to a Motorola Model 45 car radio for sale by another person. You will see that yours is missing the control unit that would mount into the dash. You should rumage about your cache of material and see if you can find something that looks like the control head to have a complete unit. The price for the one on this link seems a bit on the high side to me, but in any event your radio should be of interest some someone who is restoring a late 1930s auto.

Thanks Kimo I did see that...thank you for the little history lesson on the radio. I'm just amazed that the tubes are still in tact after all this time. Maybe I will find the rest of it.

Have a great weekend

Number 1 the radiator grille bar may have a number on the back of it if it's Die cast chrome. That number would probably also be the part number as it's an early enough looking part. If it's stainless there won't be a number. The Chevy grille teeth probably all have the part number cast in the back as well. If you post those we can tell you their location in the grille.

PLEASE bother us with your parts. We LOVE to figure them out.

OOOOOPS! It's a 1942 Cadillac part, not 1941......sorry. The 1941 has a squarish reflector.

Fits 46-47 as well since they were basically the samee as a 42.

Has a Ford tag, can't read the part number, not sure if the part is complete or if it has been cut to do a section repair on a damaged vehicle

post-100887-143142552555_thumb.jpg

The Cadillac may have used seats from a Ford but those are for a 52 to 54 Ford car.

Don't know what this went to but it has a sticker on it that the vehicle was serviced in 1956

Mopar would mean it's Dodge Chrysler Plymouth or Desoto. The number on the tank may just be the tank number. It didn't come up in a quick search. By the sequence I would have to say it's a 1955 or 1956 Model especially since the tag said it was serviced in 1956. It might have been on a new car then.

It is hard to read but if the second letter is a V and the next one 7, it could be for a 57 Lincoln. 40320 is a group number for the rear trunk panel. It might more recognizable if photographed from a few more angles.

It could be worth something for someone with a rusted out rear trunk panel.
