A superlative car indeed. I wish I had the $20K, I'd come get it. There are very few opportunities to own a 22 year old car that is essentially in as new condition. Someone with the funds to pick this one up will be very lucky.

A convertible in that condition would start at 25K and go to 30K depending on color combination. (In my opinion) If it were a polo green 91 convertible with that milage it would probably sell for near 50 K

I agree,but why d ont they sell???some have been on ebay,the world can see them and most of them d ont sell,its simple,its not worth that much(yet).I have the money to pay for the retta i want but not ready to pay this much for that kind of car even if i love these cars,i have one and it is the second one i have.

Some people and I mean the ones with the means($) don't shop ebay for quality cars. Serious collectors look to Hemmings etc for the cream of the crop. That is not to say that quality cars don't show up on ebay. On the contrary they certainly do.

Bear in mind that we are in what they are calling the GREAT RECESSION. In actually i think we are in bu$h's great depression II and the talking heads are afraid to say so.

Times and prices will improve but the byproduct of this prosperity will be inflation. Make lemonade when presented with lemons. It is a great time to buy.

Talked to the owner of this car today and he informed me that this car is still available. If you always wanted a new Reatta back in 1988 this is the closest thing you will find to white glove new. If you want to buy yourself something nice for Christmas I'm sure Art will put a big bow on this one.
