Would a 1990 Volvo Sedan 760 Turbo be considered an antique, in Connecticut, in 2010, if 20 years are the minimum age requirement, or are there other criteria as well?

It is my understanding that most jurisdictions commonly accept cars 25 years or older as antiques. Some clubs, on the other hand will list your cars over 20 years old and permit acceptance.
25 years is the normal age.
Your 760 is only 19 years old and not yet an antique.
