Is there such a group or company that documents Oldsmobile's. To make sure the car has what it should have on it and that the owner is correct. Such as Pontiac has or Corvette, Mustang, ect.

Nope. Unfortunately the build data on Oldsmobiles built prior to 1977 does not exist. One story has the documentation destroyed in a fire, but I would be surprised if there had been only one set of copies. More likely, the data was purged in an office cleanup. Why pay to store data on old cars when you are in business to sell new ones?

If the car was originally built or sold in Canada, GM of Canada DOES have this info.
