Lou-

These switches are a known weak spot on these cars. Replacements are not readily available. They show up used now and again. Paul Meltzer (ROA #760) rebuilds them. 781-769-7678 for $25/pair.

Mine are missing so they cant be rebuilt. Any other solution? Does anyone have some to sell? anyone know about the wedge on the door that presses the pin? Thanks Lou

I friend of mine who used to work for NAPA says that switches from a mid-70's Thunderbird will work in place of the switches in the 1st gen. Rivieras. I've asked him for a part number, but I've not yet received a reply. Anyone else heard of anything about this?
