henry29
Sometimes when your repairing or rebuilding a part on an unrestored car you want to paint it for protection but you don’t want it to be shinny and stick out. Does anyone know how to flatten or take the shine out of gloss paint. I know you can buy flat paint but it’s hard to get some colors and you may have the color you want in gloss sitting on the shelf.I’ve heard freezing will do it? I guess 600 paper would do it but that can be a tough road. Any thoughts? Thanks for your time.
Restorer32
Just order "flatting agent" from your paint supplier.
