HELP REQUEST!! - 1975 Buick - Convertible Top Issue

I have just brought my lover out of storage for the season. She's running great, but for the first time since I've owned her, my power top won't come down. When I hit the switch, my engine seems to falter a little... I am hearing some buzzing out back near where the motors are. The motors for the top aren't old enough to be dead, but the top won't lower. I have never had a manual for her, and consequently am unsure where to start.

Have any of you had a similar issue with the scissor top models? Any help is welcome and appreciated!!
