mbenseignant@gmail.com
Wires seem to come out from the firewall and hook up to the horn (so I have seen in pictures). But where does the wire emerge from the horn switch? Does it go all the way out the steering column, near the front of the car? Seems untidy but that is how the car is wired now.Mike BarnesVancouver, B.C., Canada
AzBob
Just rewired the horn circuit on my 1926 Buick, the horn wire ran through the center of the steering wheel shaft and out the bottom through the high low beam switch and into sheathing routed to the horn. Not sure how similar the Cadillac horn circuit is to Buick. However, the horn button was a bit of an enigma in regards to how it grounded the circuit, finally determined there was a missing jumper piece from the button to the steering column.
