1935 Dictator radiator

Can the radiator on a 1935 4 door Dictator be removed and or replaced without removing the front "nose" (radiator shell) of the car? Both the radiator and radiator shell (part#181619) including the grill were removed together. Can the two major pieces (radiator and radiator shell) go back separately and how is the fender to radiator spacer (part#258520) re-installed? Access to the bolts and spacer necessary to re-install separately is suspect. The spacer can be easily installed if the radiator is not installed. When the radiator is installed it appears to block access to get the spacer in its proper position. The spacer is between the radiator and front fender and is secured with bolt accessed inside the front fender. Ken, Deltaville, Va
