I flipped out when I saw this. Reminded me of a couple of old songs. Sort of a combination between "Up On The Roof" and "Under the Boardwalk".

Just wait until Kieser31 gets here, he'll know.

OK, can anyone identify what year, make and model car it is?

Hey Bleach,

I knew exactly what you were asking.

I have no idea as to what the car is so I thought a little humor wouldn't hurt.

No offense intended.

I guess I'd better not quit my day job

It may be a 1927 Nash Advanced Six - Ambassador was a trim option that year I think. I had thought those earlier ones had very large visors but maybe that is only the lower price models. One thing that does not look right is the size of the wheels and tyres - they somehow look too small on the crashed car. An optical illusion maybe?

Question: Many photos of the 1927 and 1928 Nash have 5 lug solid wheels. I have found only 2 photos with the 6 lug wheels. What distinguished 5 or 6? Was it the engine size, optional upgrade or are they aftermarket as suggested by nzcarnerd? My first guess was a 28 Chrysler. I missed the cowl light. Searching for input, thanks to all the years of knowledge and experience.
