Can you identify for me?

I came across this picture of my Grandmother in this automobile. My guess is this was taken sometime in the 1920's. Notice the offset between the driver's seat and the passenger's seat. I do not recall seeing that feature in any model. I would like to know year, make and model. Thanks for your help in this quest.

The mystery car looks like a Woods Mobilette from about 1915 or 16. They were really

narrow, so the seats were staggered to fit two sets of shoulders....or hat brims. The

chassis was underslung, so the frame horns look upside down.
