Hudsy Wudsy
I don't think that I've ever seen one of these before, so I thought that maybe one or two of you might find it a little interesting. It's kind of cute. Check out those snazzy artillery wheels:http://southbend.craigslist.org/cto/4914200675.html
zeke01
I had to count the zeros twice. Thirty thousand dollars? Its his and he can ask what he wants for it, but I hereby give up my place in line to buy it. Zeke
Hudsy Wudsy
That's funny, I didn't get beyond the photos to even look at the price! I just thought that it was too cute/homely to not share. I don't know if Willys had "stylists" as we know them, but what were they thinking with those headlights? It's always struck me as so very strange that they appear to be looking up into space. Steve Braverman
Somebody please save this from being gutted and turned into another zombie street rod. The Willys 77 is almost extinct as it is, and the panel truck survival is probably in the single digits.
Curti
Really rare, very desirable, I think he will get his asking price.
Matt Harwood
He'll have no problem getting his asking price. The only rod-fodder that costs more than a genuine '34 Ford 3-window coupe is a '30s Willys coupe--when was the last time you saw one that DIDN'T have a small block Chevy in it? Sadly, this panel truck, of which only a handful must survive, will end up as a rod, just like all the others. They've been hunted to extinction. Rusty_OToole
Willys and successors made panel trucks up to the early sixties. I had a 1951 Willys panel truck and a local electrical contractor had a fleet of 1963s, the next model like the Wagoneer and Cherokee. The local Massey Ferguson dealer had a couple of them too.
