JACK M
I would think that you could adapt a relay from an old Ford. The bumpers are 55 Imperial only, I need a nice set for my 56.

Guest Bob Call
Are you sure it is 6V? Imperial model went to 12V in 1954 because of the A/C option. Supposedly all other Chrysler Corp models went to 12V in 1955.
JACK M
56 was the year for the change for all Chrysler products to go to 12 volts.I am always confused by the AC cars and could not tell you if the 55 Imperial with AC was 12 volts or not, but I do know the non AC cars were still 6 volts in 55.valleydrifter may have left the building.
