trunk release in glove box stop working

does the clove box release for trunk have a ,fuse and if so where is it located , would like to know.

Believe the transmission must be in PARK and the ignition ON for the trunk release to operate.

^ i don't believe that is so. i seem to recall many times opening the trunk (and gas door) with the engine off and the key out.

if you don't have a owners manual, the back of the "fuse" door should have where the fuse is located (if there is one marked).

i'm sure others have the correct location, and be along soon.

That's because the memory keeps electrical energized with the key OFF until the door is opened.

I have used the fuel door and trunk release buttons on both my 90s just after turning power back on to the car(I run the quick disconnects from the Reatta Store). NOT on retained accessory power at that point.
