What is this car?

There were many running changes with the Chryslers of this era but as it has four lug wheels 1927 would be about right - the last of the 70s. Apparently only the open body models of these got the bullet lights, the sedan stayed with the drums type. Only pictures of the FEDCO plate, the engine number and casting dates will give a positive answer.

I can't tell from the pictures but I presume it is a 70 and not the smaller 60?
