Raffle for a 1949 Chevy Suburban on a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Chassis

We have a 1949 Chevy Suburban fully restored and remodeled on a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Chassis that we are raffling off. This vehicle is not for sale, but will be raffled off at the September 2015 Men's Breakfast and Car Show event benefiting the nonprofit, Breckenridge Village of Tyler (BVT) in Tyler, TX.

Breckenridge Village (BVT) is a residential facility and a safe haven for those with developmental disabilities that would not otherwise have a home. Our 70 acre campus is comprised of six homes, vocational center, educational, and activity classrooms for daily programming. Residents are provided a variety of vocational training opportunities, as well as participating in the Special Olympics and Walk a Mile for a Special Child. All residents and program participants experience daily activities both on and off campus. On campus activities serve to strengthen participants’ skills and talents while fostering bonding in a group setting. Activities include Creative Expression, Arts & Crafts, Horticulture, Reading Club, iPad/Computer Lab, Ceramics, Candle shop, Culinary Arts, and Knitting. Their off campus activities helping at Meals on Wheels, the Food Bank, and the Welcome Home Soldier Project, not only allow participants to expand their talents, but helps to give back over 185 hours of volunteer service a week to the local community. At BVT, they learn what it is like to be loved, valued, and respected and can live an active and fulfilling life.

This vehicle has Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ all/mud terrain performance tires, Master Craft microfiber seats, Pioneer DVD entertainment system with Pandora radio, classic speedometer and instrument display. Estimated 190-hp, 4-speed automatic. Estimated MPG 14 to 18 city / 18 to 21 hwy. Odometer reads 22 miles.
