Layden B
Does seem to be a Maxwell Model H, basically built 1905-1909. Hard to isolate to year.
keiser31
The placement of the rear door handle is lower than others in my books.

JO BO
Also on the front tire.Hi; I believe you have a 1907 model based on body features. 1905 models had a rear door that was curved on top. Also 1907 was first year for slant entry.
trimacar
With the price of tires (a set of 30 x 3 was about $50, a lot of money in 1910), and the wear factor then, it was very common to put a wrap-around patch on tires. This wasn't always a home-made repair, kits were even sold to do so, the attached picture is of a page from a 1910 "35% Automobile Supply Co." catalog. This is a great little catalog, showing all the goodies of the day in over 100 pages. I've even thought of reproducing it as it's great information...
