1938 Wheel Color Choices?

How many wheel color options were there for 1938, and what choices were offered with which colors?

From the online BCA judging manual Page 44

Not sure it transferred well....... first column = body color second column = wheel color with optional color below third column = wheel stripe color

I cannot get the columns to align..... translation first line below 515 Rembrandt Black is body color, second Black is wheel color, Silver is wheel pinstripe color, (OPT) Dante Red is the optional wheel color and the stripe is silver
