Look what I got at an antique store NEVEROUT SEARCHLIGHT PROJECTOR NAVEL TYPE 67 made in Philadelphia---- one dent on back------other than that good shape seems complete-------who can tell me the year it was used and made and on what application and maybe value-----thanks bobnroman@yahoo.com

Neat item...I've run across a few searchlights over the years that were nautical in design and build....yours would have had a very nice cast brass mounting fork, and probably a handle on the back, so look for marks where the handle might have been.....without those parts it's not worth a huge amount...maybe a couple hundred dollars, maybe slightly more....it would have been used around the same time car lights were gas, probably teens or twenties....soon after lights were electric and few wanted to fool with acetylene generators or tanks...
