RivNut
If you're removing the fender, you shouldn't have any problems. You might consider using some bullet clips and pushing the emblem into place from the outside. If you're lucky you might be able to remove the panel in the door jamb and access it through there.Ed

I could not get a wrench or ratchet in without a lot of trouble but I was able to hold the socket with a couple of fingers and hand tighten the nuts with no problem. I had the car for 24 years and they never worked loose. Give it a try.
RivNut
The emblems are held on with thin speed nuts, which are easy to tighten. IF you can get your hands through the jamb you might be able to use a ratcheting thumb wheel to tighten the nuts.A set of three at Harbor Freight: http://www.harborfreight.com/3-piece-thumbwheel-ratchet-set-94011.htmlor if there's not an HF close, you can always get them delivered to your door: http://www.amazon.com/Thumb-Wheel-Ratchet-Wrench-Drive/dp/B000ZK6L8U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1422395528&sr=8-1&keywords=finger+rachet&pebp=1422395527504&peasin=B000ZK6L8UEdEd
