ILIKECARS53 Posted January 23, 2015 Share Posted January 23, 2015 Hi, Still working on the 1942 Buick Limited front end and need some more help. The front control arm bushings are not removable and according to the manual the full control arm must be replaced. That was well and good then but not now. There is no way to remove the shaft from the arm itself, except to cut the shaft or grind/drill out the rivets. I can buy replacement shaft but not sure they will fit.Any suggestions?
