Need torque specs for front spring u-bolts

the 9/16-18 nuts should be torqued to 80 ft.lbs and the 5/8" - 18 should be torqued to 110 ft lbs. These figures are from the standard torque values chart that came with my torque wrench.

The cotter keys will keep the nuts from loosening and the square head center bolt should keep the spring from shifting. The center bolt should be seated in the recess in the cross member.
