Bill Stoneberg
I found a new use for JB weld and my glasses fell part last night after abusing them in the airport the night before.I could hardly see to fix them but when I looked this morning I did a good enough job to get me through till I see the optometrist next week.Who says it is just for car repairs ? JohnD1956
How does that product hold up to heat? I have a waffle iron which uses metal anchors in the handle, and it keeps loosening up when the iron is turned on.
Guest Doug Burton
Although it's much harder to find, I like PermaWeld much better than JB Weld. It seems to me to be stronger and more durable.http://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/Master-Perma-Weld-12-2oz_133297074.html

Guest Doug Burton
That's funny, it was correct when I posted it. Guess I will have to find another one. Like I said, it's getting harder to find this stuff!Best I can find is an eBay seller selling a lot of 6:http://www.ebay.com/itm/Master-PW14-PermaWeld-Cold-Bonding-Compound-Lot-of-6-Cards-free-shipping-/151131906217 Edited January 20, 2015 by Doug Burton (see edit history)
