mribbich@wi.rr.com
Did some searching in a few of my Chilton parts books and found Studebaker fender part numbers start with 27 around 1939 till 1942. Was unable to find a match for 274065 maybe some one else can help me out. The fender is FOR SALE also, price $400.00 or offer plus shipping. 1-262-392-2989 or mribbich@wi.rre.com Thanks again!!!Marv. studerex
My guess is 41 champ. They used the stone shield holes like that.
Gary_Ash
Your part number 274065 shows up in the 1934-46 Chassis Parts Catalog as a left rear fender for 1941 and 1942 Champions, drilled for mounting gravel shields. It is probably the same as 278573, the same stamping without the holes for the gravel shield. The 1946 Champions have a different part number, don't know why.
