NOS 1960 GM license plate light to what?

I have examined probably thousands of images and searched for a couple of hours but haven't been able to come up with a match for this license plate light. It's stamped Guide LIH-60 so I'm assuming it's post 1959. I have searched 60 Chevy, Corvair, Pontiac, Olds, Buick, Cadillac and even GMC truck. Including what wagon variations of each I could find. I found one twin image, also NOS on the web that says 60 Chevy (probably a wrong ID as it had no package) The link takes you to a page where the item no longer exists. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. The lens number is 59409532 but that was used for many years and many different applications.

My interpretation of the online "GUIDE" guide: L = License, 1= Chevrolet, H = Corvair - 60 = 1960

I could of sworn I checked corvair. I know I did Corvair wagon. But it looks like you are right. I was finally able to find a match. Can you post a link to the "GUIDE" guide. I have other random stuff that guide might just finally help me ID.
