Motor mount clunk?

Walt,

Find someone you can trust to sit in the drivers seat. Set the Parking brake and have them "stand" on the brake pedal. With the engine running, have them place the transmission in gear and give it some gas then let up, gas then let up repeatedly, while you walk around with a flashlight and look at the mounts so that you can see which one, if any, may be causing your problem. The engine/trans. assembly should rise then plop down if there is a broken mount.

I'm sure there are past posts that cover mount replacement.
