Guest Staff
I have a 1936 Olds with a fuel pump that needs a rebuild. It's the same pump for both the 6 & 8 and probably a number of GM cars. I'm located in central CT.
ply33
You might want to check with Antique Auto Parts Cellar (a.k.a. Then and Now Automotive). I believe they have a rebuilding service and they also sell repair kits. The old AC pump on my '30s car was pretty easy to rebuild given a kit for it. Guest buickkuhn
I rebuilt my own fuel /vacuum pump - the worst thing was the decaying aluminum . Soak it down with penetrating oil before you start . good luck
