Guest norwayspruce1952
I am looking to buy a rim for a 1923 Buick roadster 4 cylinder. It has a 32 by 4 1/2 size tire that fits it. Has to be from a 4 cylinder in the 20s as 6 cylinder had a different rim. Please call or if you have any leads let me know.Kevin KellyIowa Phone 563 210 6300 or E-mail: ktf@netins.net
Leif Holmberg
Thats a 23" rim you need`. 32"-4.5"-4.5"=23" About 4"wide, no fastened klamps on the rim for the wheel bolts .Leif in Sweden
Guest norwayspruce1952
Lief,Yes I did measure it and that is correct. Is there rims from other makes and models that are the same or is this rim unique to the 4 cylinder Buicks? Thank YouKevin KellyIowa
Leif Holmberg
I Think the rim is unique for those 4 cyl.Buicks, but you can use them from at least 1923 and 1924 4 cyl.models and proberly even 1922 4cyl.models.The 6 Cyl.models are a little bit wider.Leif in Sweden.
