OPEL Rekord C / Commodore A

When I was a student, I drove a Opel Rekord, build in 1971.

I'm living in Germany, the car was build here.

I rebuild the car, swap out the I4 and automatic transmission and replaced it by an I6 3 liter Engine with 5 speed manual transmission. Before it had 90 DIN PS with the I4 and after 190 DIN PS with the I6.

It ran fantastic.

This cars were continued to be build in Brasilia for two decades, when production stopped in Germany, 1972.
